How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you navigate your day. Before your wedding day, I'll share a guide to help you organize your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lighting considerations... and it's really exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invites...! On your wedding day,l I want to capture all the moments...the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. I carefully curate the very best of those images into your story. That's why I love capturing beach weddings and decided to photograph non-traditional and intimate understated weddings where love is absolutely what's in style.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Newport Beach/Huntington Beach based in Southern California. Yes, I love to travel! We often capture weddings from San Diego to Santa Barbara, Monterey to the Bay Area and Big Sur. We love Washington, Montana & Wyoming as well as desert weddings in Nevada & Sedona. If you would like to have me photograph your story, a travel fee, depending on where it takes place, may be charged. But no worries, I always try to find the way to capture your festivities, because I love working with amazing, beautiful people in their dream destination and creating memories showing the laughter, joy, love and rare moments that record your life and love story.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with your photos within approximately 6- 8 weeks after your event (sometimes less depending on the season). You will receive a curated selection of gems right after your event to share with family and friends. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and order art prints for your home and family with ease!
How many pictures will we receive?
For an 8 hour wedding day, you will receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images. We capture a great deal more and will make those available. I always choose quality over quantity and that''s why you'll receive a beautiful collection of enhanced and edited images from which to make art and keep as heirlooms. I've never had a client say we didn't provide enough images but we also don't want to overwhelm you. You will receive a private gallery to view them and select your favorite photographs to tell your story. You may also choose to share a select few, or make them public. It's totally up to you!
